LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON SALES AND PURCHASES

PAYMENTS
All orders must be me paid for in USD ($). Domestic orders may be made by VISA or MasterCard, Check or US POSTAL Money Order. Foreign orders must be made by VISA or MasterCard. Unless expressly set forth on the Site, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms and Conditions of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. YOU, AND NOT WCFO, INC, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify WCFO, INC of any discrepancies within fourteen (14) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes. If WCFO, INC does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by WCFO, INC or its agents. WCFO, INC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York and any other states or localities that it deems are required.
Unless otherwise noted or upon agreement, WCFO, INC does not store any credit card information. The WCFO Shop on the Site contains updated information regarding the pricing and related fees for the purchase and shipping of goods and products. WCFO, INC will NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
WCFO, INC will accept returns or exchanges for goods and products, provided that (1) WCFO, INC is notified of the return or exchange within fourteen (14) days of receipt; (2) the goods and products are in good working order, as determined by WCFO, INC in its sole discretion; and (3) the good or product is received by WCFO, INC within 30 days of receipt. All returned goods and products must be accompanied by a printed receipt or proof of purchase.
RISK OF LOSS
Your order will be deemed accepted by WCFO, INC upon shipment of goods or products that you have ordered. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon WCFO, Inc.’s delivery of the goods to its designated shipping carrier. WCFO, INC will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
You are solely responsible for shipping any exchanged or returned products or goods to WCFO, INC. You agree to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. You agree to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the exchanged product during shipment.

WCFO, INC makes every effort to ensure that products offered for sale on the Site are accurately described. DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products or goods sold or distributed by WCFO, INC or through the Site shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in New York County, New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
